As a Caretaker at Leksand Resort, you become the hero behind the scenes, ensuring that our campsite is welcoming, pleasant, and ready for all guests. Here you will have a varied job where no day is the same, ranging from minor repairs to changing light bulbs and guest service.

Main Responsibilities

• Minor repairs and maintenance work

• Waste management and recycling

• Handle incoming reports of issues from guests and colleagues

• Gardening

• Guest service

• Patrolling the campsite and ensuring a safe environment

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and likes to take responsibility for ensuring things work. You are practical, solution-oriented, and enjoy keeping order and creating a pleasant environment for both guests and colleagues. You are service-minded and have an easy time meeting people in a friendly and professional manner, even in more pressured situations that require calmness and clarity. As a person, you are flexible and enjoy working both independently and in a team. It is an advantage if you have worked as a caretaker in a similar environment. Since the position involves a lot of guest contact, you must speak fluent Swedish and English.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Every day with us offers new adventures, where we together create memorable experiences for both guests and each other.

You will work shifts with working hours varying between 07-02 every day of the week. The position is a seasonal employment of 80-100% and the summer season runs from May to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff campsite for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

The positions may be filled before the application period expires.

About UsLeksand Resort's five-star family campsite is nestled among pines in a lush tranquility right next to Lake Siljan, adjacent to Leksand Sommarland. We offer accommodations ranging from tents to luxurious cabins. At Leksand Resort, there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family, restaurants, kiosks, shops, and relaxing experiences with attractions around the corner. One night in July, we can host up to 4000 overnight guests during the peak summer season.
